I have always wanted to paint. I have finally taken the time to work at it! I love painting the light, colors and this incredible natural world.

We've traveled to Cuba, Costa Rica and Alaska, but our latest trip to Yellowstone and Teton National Parks added some exciting inspiration.

​

In Crystal River we are blessed with unique woodland and sea creatures, birds, and tropical flora to paint.

​

Special thanks to Miss Carol Perry as my very first watercolor teacher, and the Lorna Jean Gallery for all their support. I love my classes and workshops, and schedule with every local artist I can. Am inspired and have gratitude for them all: Dolores Witt, Bill Darah, Jude Caborn and Joe Fettingis.

As a member of the Citrus Watercolor Club, my piece 'Sunset Zebras' won "Painting of the Month" November 2011.
